On March 18th, 2021, Bank of Travelers Rest celebrated 75 years in community banking. As the oldest bank to be chartered and remains headquartered in Greenville County, we are proud of the part we've played in supporting the places we call home. But we couldn't have made it to this milestone without our customers who contribute to our success everyday. As our way of saying "Thank You," we are inviting you to be our guest at the Upcountry History Museum during the month of June. That's right! We are hosting customer appreciation at the museum for the entire month of June*. To participate, present your Bank of Travelers Rest debit or credit card at the front desk of the museum. Your Bank of Travelers Rest card will get you and a guest in (FREE!) to experience the rich history that makes our community such an amazing home. The Upcountry History Museum is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Aside from the historic look at life in the Upstate, the museum welcomes visiting exhibits that help you maximize your visit and provide learning experiences for the whole family. *Bank of Travelers Rest customer appreciation month begins June 1 and ends June 30, 2021. Customers who visit the museum will be granted free access by presenting their Bank of Travelers Rest debit or credit card at the museum's entrance. One guest is permitted with each cardholder. Customers visiting the museum will be expected to adhere to the museum's standards for face coverings and social distancing.
