RediLine

A Bank of Travelers Rest RediLine is competitively priced with low closing costs. Our RediLine is secured by the equity you have built in your home. It is a revolving, open-ended line of credit with a variable rate. Need money for debt consolidation or to build a new addition to your home? A RediLine may be your answer. This is a great way to establish a safety net for future, unanticipated needs, and the interest you pay may be tax deductible.

Bank of Travelers Rest RediLine is subject to credit approval. The annual percentage rate may increase or decrease as Prime Rate changes. The Prime Rate will be The Wall Street Journal Prime Rate. Property and/or flood hazard insurance may be required. Consult your tax advisor regarding the deductibility of the interest and tax savings. RediReserv

RediReserv provides overdraft protection for your Bank of Travelers Rest checking account.¹ This line of credit automatically advances to cover any transactions exceeding your account balance, eliminating non-sufficient funds fees. Any time your checking account balance is not sufficient to cover your transactions, RediReserv will advance in $500 increments up to the credit limit established. If the available limit is under $500, the entire amount will advance. Each RediReserv advance will appear on your monthly statement.

There are no fees or interest charges unless RediReserv is used. Once RediReserv advances, an Annual Percentage Rate of 18% will apply to the outstanding balance.² The account to which the RediReserv is credited will be assessed a $10.00 fee for the transfer.³ Once a month, funds from your checking account will be transferred automatically to make the minimum monthly payment to your RediReserv account. The minimum monthly payment is 5% of the outstanding balance or $25, whichever is greater.
