The wrong document was published causing customers to agree to Terms of Service for Online Bill Pay. We apologize that our mistake caused confusion for our customers. However, we appreciate the opportunity that this error has given us to have one-on-one conversations. It is from those conversations that we gained valuable feedback that will help us better serve you going forward. We appreciate your patience as we worked to resolve the issue.
